My Story
I was born and raised in Cape Breton, an island on the northeast tip of Nova Scotia, Canada. I grew up in a house that was always evolving, which gave me an early appreciation for how design shapes the way we experience home.
My first career was in healthcare, where I trained and worked as an occupational therapist. That background gave me a unique perspective: I saw every day how much our surroundings influence how we function, feel, and connect with others. Over time, I realized I wanted to take that awareness into a more creative, hands-on path. That decision led me to leave healthcare and pursue interior styling, combining a practical foundation with my love of design.
Today, my focus is on creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional without requiring major renovations or overwhelming budgets. With Canadian costs rising, I believe professional design should feel approachable and within reach. My goal is to help people feel at home in spaces that reflect their personality and support the way they live.
